Awesome atmosphere
Surprisingly engaging game, nice work. I liked the tension of the fog, the constant gnawing of worry about your hydration and the notes kept me wanting to learn more.
Only real things I'd maybe like to see changed: a tiny slowdown in water depletion rate, and more clarity on how much water you have in your canteen. The first sip seems to remove about 15%, then the next sip does about 70%. It was a little jarring, but not really game-ending.
Keep up the great work!
Thank you so much for this amazing feedback and video!
Actually yes i made an update where it's all fixed hydration level is much nicer and the canteen is fixed too! roads are more visible and notes give more info!
Also many bugfixes, but the problem is Unreal Engine for some reason breaks the Ai and I can't get it working sadly but I'll keep trying to fix it!
Oh yes now i see actually i made a mistake and hide the after game jam fixed version where the canteen is fixed sorry
Oh excellent, glad to hear you gave it a little more of a fix up! I'll have to go in and try the updated version out, see how it compares.
I kind of hope you expand on this a little bit, it's a very well made idea and I think with some slight additions to the monster mechanics and adding in a little more to do, you could have a really nice game here. Good luck with future game dev projects either way though, and I'll certainly be checking them out!
Thank you very much, yes i plan to make it a full game!
I'm really happy that you like it!

Thank you for the gameplay video
Thank you so much for playing and making a video of it i had fun watching your video!
I learned much thanks to you!
I'll definitely drop a fix on the map and the resolution of the text (also a readable version) and the hint where you start at, it is actually explained in game why you get so thirsty so quickly!
Thank you so much again for playing!
